Amy Allen has completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Neuroscience, Honours in Psychology, and Graduate Diploma of Alcohol and Other Drug Studies. She started at BMH in 2014 as an Executive Assistant, providing research and administrative support to the director, Prof Murat Yücel.
As Operations Manager, she oversees aspects of the research hub's running, such as ordering, hiring and inductions, events planning, and finance matters. She also inputs her specialist knowledge and expertise on a range of processes, such as operational policy development, funding applications, governance, management decision‑making, change management, business planning and performance delivery/improvements towards the achievement of best practice research services.
