Mitch Stevenson completed his Bachelor in Behavioural Neuroscience at Monash University in 2013. In 2014 he achieved First Class Honours in Psychology, also at Monash University.
Mitch began his work at BMH as a volunteer before joining the Research Assistant team in late 2015. He primarily works to integrate psychology research and novel technologies, particularly virtual reality. In collaboration with research leaders and the Monash University Faculty of IT’s sensiLab team, Mitch has worked on the development and testing of a virtual casino for the study of compulsive gambling. This work also includes research staples such as ethics, participant recruitment, data analysis, literature review and the writing and revision of papers.
