We develop non-medication treatments for impulsive-compulsive conditions (eg, addictions and OCD), and associated areas of mental health. We focus on two broad areas: techniques that people can use to change their own brain and take control of their mental health, and emerging innovative technologies. We test the efficacy and effectiveness of these methods as monotherapies and in combination.
